Inventory Analysis & Menu Optimization

There are two steps to this service. First, we analyze the products you are ordering into the restaurant. This includes:

  1. Food items
  2. Beverage items
  3. Takeout containers
  4. Cleaning Products
  5. Washroom Essentials - Toilet Paper, Soap, etc.
  6. Office items - Electronics, Paper, etc.
  7. Any additional products you are ordering on a regular basis

The next step is to make sure we are communicating your sustainability initiatives to your guests. We look at your menu and make sure you are getting the most bang for your buck. How are you labelling items and the associated charges? We look at all opportunities, without compromising your quality or standards.

Our findings of this analysis and recommendations for sustainable alternatives will be outlined in the Sustainability Report.

Staff Training Material

For the success of your sustainability project, your staff will need to be on board. We give you all the guides, tips and insights to train your staff. Materials will include:

Staff Recognition Program

Now that your employees are trained, and know the 'greenest' way to do things, they have a key role to play in making your sustainability plan work. Your waste diversion bins are only successful if your staff is putting everything in its rightful place. Recognize and reward them for doing the right thing.  We will help you set up an employee engagement and recognition program that will make sure that your employees are making your restaurant as sustainable as possible.  

We will take care of delivering all the staff training material for you, and have experts on site to facilitate conversation and answer any questions. 

Staff Training Delivery

Implementing sustainability projects can take some time. We will take care of implementing recommendations for you, allowing you and your staff to focus on the day-to-day. For example, should we recommend you use a different product, we will make the contact, do the cost comparison for you, and all you need to do is say go!
