Our Team

Lucy Cullen Co-Founder & CEO Lucy has over 7 years experience working in the hospitality industry, from host to manager. Most notably, she spent 5 years at Oliver & Bonacini. Lucy has an Honours Bachelors in Environmental Studies from the University of Toronto, and has studied environmental science in Australia and Ecuador. She has combined her passion for hospitality and the environment, to create terus.  Lucy was also named one of Canada's Top 25 Under 25 Environmentalists for 2017!

Eva Musso Co-Founder & President  Eva brings a wealth of experience bringing sustainability to organizations of various shapes and sizes.  From public to private sector, she has headed waste diversion, employee engagement, energy conservation, and waste reduction campaigns. Eva has a degree in Environmental Studies from York University, and a Master’s Degree in Geography from the University of Toronto.

Notably, she co-founded a local food cafe on the University of Toronto campus and co-manages a schoolyard food gardening program at a ½ acre site in the city. Clara has a degree in Environmental Policy & Practice from the University of Toronto and is currently pursuing a Master’s Degree in Environmental Studies at York University.

Michelle Jones Waste Management Specialist Michelle Jones has over 12 years of experience in the waste management industry. She has conducted thousands of waste audits and waste reduction work plans. Michelle holds a BA in Honours Geography and a Post Graduate Honours Certificate in Environmental Management.
